Yet, in our contemporary lore this mighty black and white mammal is like a two-faced Janus—beloved as a majestic, friendly giant yet infamous for its capacity to kill viciously. Blackfish unravels the complexities of this dichotomy, employing the story of notorious performing whale Tilikum, who—unlike any orca in the wild—has taken the lives of several people while in captivity. So what exactly went wrong?

This looks incredible.

I’ve already posted the film poster for this a couple weeks ago, but here’s the trailer. I really recommend watching this, I think it’s going to be a very interesting and important film.

Ehh, I’m just ranting about my work out.

So, I did Level 1 of the 30 Day Shred every day for 10 days (3rd-12th).

Then on the 13th and 14th I did nothing because I didn’t have the time/was stressed out. And because I did nothing for two days, I didn’t start with Level 2 right away on the 15th, but did Level 1 again. Then Level 2 on the 16th.

Yesterday (the 17th) I did nothing again, because I am/was kind of sick and I wasn’t motivated at all because I was sad/in a bad mood.

And Idk, I want to do something today, but a) I don’t really have enough room for Level 2, b) you have to jump around a lot and our landlords are living in the flat beneath ours and c) the one time I did Level 2, I couldn’t do it as well as I had hoped and I almost broke down crying afterwards.
